Although we have been promoting Carrier products in the past, Suburban Heating & Cooling Inc. will no longer be installing Carrier
heating or air conditioning equipment. The reason is that District Corporation of New England (the regional Carrier dealer) does not
honor their warranty as we were lead to believe.

We will not knowingly install a product that, when a defect in materials or workmanship is found, the dealer does not work with us to
rectify the situation as quickly and easily as possible.

As always, we will continue to stand behind our installations and our commitment to our customers. However, in the event of a
Carrier equipment failure, there could be a delay in acquiring an OEM part necessary to correct the situation. Whenever possible, we
will attempt to facilitate the repair using a compatible part from a reputable manufacturers.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you in the future. Had we known of DCNE's position on dealing with warranty
repairs, we would never have purchased and installed Carrier equipment in the first place.
